At Toys-India, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If your item isn't the perfect fit or style, you can return or exchange it within 15 days of delivery provided it is unworn and has all original tags attached.

Return Process

  Log into your Toys-India account, navigate to 'My Orders', and select the items you wish to return or exchange to generate a Return ID.

  Pack the Items

  Place the original product in its brand packaging, ensuring all price tags, labels, and hygiene seals are intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Schedule Pickup

  Once your request is submitted, our courier partner will arrive at your doorstep within 24-48 hours to collect the parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  After our quality team inspects the returned garment, your refund will be processed to your original payment method or store wallet within 5-7 business days.
